JR, a.k.a. Jenn Rykert, is a singer songwriter and musicial performer.
After Jenn's first album, Weaker Sex EP, was released in 2013, she quickly became recognized for her unique style and inspiring lyrics. In 2016, she is recognized as a Top 11 finalist in a prestigious international songwriting contest based out of Nashville. The songwriter has affectionately been deemed "a creative rebel with a cause" due to her gifting her time and talent to advocating for children and teens. Much of her advocacy can be heard throughout her lyrics. Her latest EP, Miserable Lovin' You is quickly gaining attention among today’s top music industry executives. A native of Texas, Jenn lives in Nashville with her husband, Wade, and two young children.
